Taichi orginated in china where it has been used for hundreds of years. ot combined de3 breathing with relaxation and postures that flow from one to another through slow morelife""most people practice it forits health benefits and for stress relife" practioners say it can have a positive effect on people's health ,improving memory,conecntration,digestion,balance and flesibility.they say it is also helpful for people with psychological problams,such as depression ,anxiety or stress.patients who had undergone coronary artery bypass surgery as well as in patients with heart failloure, hypertension,acute myocardial infraction,arthritis and multiple sclerosis.

 says dr.Bob secretary of the British Council of Chinese martial arts,taichi are well documented,he told BBC news online.it is used extensively in hospitals in china to improve the health of patient.Hospitals in England have started using it too.Doctors in the United States analysis 47 studies looking at impect Taichi had on people with chronic health problemes, they found that it could improve balance control ,flexibility and even the health of their heart.
And other hand its a good and soft martial art for selfdefense ,me also flow Taichi as a martial art for good selfdefense ,i use it for my students .Thank you
